All content on Eduvia, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Eduvia or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Post or transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eduvia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Eduvia's website, even if Eduvia or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
